発送のたびにお客様へ伝えたいことを、注文の画面から入力して発送確認メールに差し込めるアプリです。注文ごとに内容を変えられるので、割れやすい商品の注意書きや、出荷が遅れたときのお詫びを、その注文にだけ添えられます。改行もそのまま反映され、600字まで書けます。よく使う文章は定型文として50件まで保存でき、カテゴリ分けと並び替えができます。すぐ使える定型文を10種類同梱しているので、書き換えて使い始められます。定型文には注文番号、注文日、商品名、追跡番号、店名、お客様名を差し込めます。差し込んだ値は定型文を選んだ時点で実際の内容に置き換わるため、記号のまま送ってしまうことがありません。メールの配信は標準の通知機能をそのまま使い、独自の配信は行いません。そのため配信元の変更や外部サービスの契約は不要です。差し込み先は発送確認メールのみです。最初の設定は3つの手順で、アプリ内の案内が該当画面へのリンクとコピーボタンつきで説明します。設定は最初の1回だけです。画面、ヘルプ、サポート窓口はすべて日本語です。
